Every stage includes a one-time setup fee of $150 to get your tracker, chart of accounts, and reporting system built correctly from day one. Cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping from prior months is quoted separately.

You fill out a short application and we schedule a call. No prep needed. We talk through where your numbers stand, what feels messy, and what you actually need. By the end you know exactly which stage fits and what happens next.

Week 1

We get your books in order

Setup and connection

I set up your chart of accounts, connect to your POS system (Toast, Square, or whatever you use) and sync with QuickBooks. If your books need cleanup from prior months, I tell you upfront what that looks like. No surprises.

Wk 2–3

You start seeing clearly
